Project Overview

The Coral Springs Country Club Clubhouse Redevelopment was a comprehensive modernization of the club’s central facility — a community landmark originally built in the 1970s. The project transformed the outdated structure into a contemporary, multifunctional venue featuring a new grand entry, restaurant, pro shop, locker rooms, fitness center, and banquet spaces overlooking the golf course.

The 15,000 sq ft facility was completely re-engineered to meet current Florida Building Code, ADA, and energy-efficiency standards while maintaining the club’s original architectural character. Magnum Construction Services served as General Contractor, managing all construction phases from demolition through final turnover.

Magnum’s Role & Scope of Work
As the General Contractor, Magnum Construction Services provided full-scope project delivery including:

  • Preconstruction coordination, budgeting, and permitting support

  • Rough and finish carpentry, floor systems, and roofing

  • Coordination of MEP trades and architectural finishes

Magnum’s team delivered the project under a fast-track construction schedule to minimize disruption to golf and club operations, maintaining continuous member access throughout the build.
