Position Overview:
The Steel Stud Framing Laborer provides essential support for all steel stud framing operations, assisting skilled tradesmen with installation, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized job site. This role ensures work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards on commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradesmen with steel stud framing tasks, including wall, partition, and ceiling installation.
Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing, and moving materials and tools.
Set up and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and temporary supports.
Follow instructions from foremen and skilled tradesmen to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Observe and comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Report hazards, safety concerns, or work issues to supervisors promptly.
Assist with cutting, transporting, and handling framing materials as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or framing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of steel stud framing and construction safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Willingness to learn and assist with various framing tasks.
