Position Overview:
The Steel Stud Framing Project Manager oversees all aspects of steel stud framing projects, ensuring structural systems are installed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires technical expertise in steel framing, strong leadership, and effective project management skills to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage steel stud framing projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality builds.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for steel framing work.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and crews to ensure project specifications are met.

Supervise on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control.

Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications for steel stud framing and related components.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and manage framing crews, promoting productivity, collaboration, and craftsmanship.

Identify and resolve issues or delays to maintain project timelines and quality.

Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including daily logs, inspections, and change orders.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing steel stud framing projects or related structural framing work.

Strong technical knowledge of steel stud framing systems and installation techniques.

Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
