Masonry Foreman

Location: Florida Multiple Locations
Reports To: Masonry Superintendent / Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
The Masonry Foreman leads on-site masonry crews, overseeing block, brick, stone, and other masonry work to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage daily field operations while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate masonry crews on commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
Assign daily tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure efficient completion of masonry activities.
Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.
Ensure proper setup and removal of scaffolding, formwork, and temporary supports.
Collaborate with the superintendent and project manager to schedule crews and materials.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant worksite.
Mentor and train crew members to uphold standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.
Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain project timelines and quality.
Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation related to crew performance and work completed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a foreman or lead in masonry construction.
Strong knowledge of block, brick, stone, and other masonry techniques.
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage crews effectively.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
