Structural Concrete Project Manager

Location: Florida Multiple Locations
Reports To: COO
Employment Type: Full-Time 

 

Position Overview:
The Structural Concrete Project Manager oversees and manages all aspects of structural concrete projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in structural concrete with strong leadership and project management skills, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple structural concrete projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial builds.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control protocols.

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.

  • Track project progress and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.

  • Lead and mentor site teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and productivity.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and inspection reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing structural concrete projects.

  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing practices.

  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
