Designed with Mediterranean architectural influences and premium finishes, the facility includes a grand lobby, banquet hall, fitness center, spa, locker rooms, restaurant, bar, and multiple outdoor recreation areas surrounding a resort-style pool deck.
Constructed to meet Florida Building Code and wind zone standards, the structure integrates elevated concrete decks, structural masonry walls, and decorative architectural elements that blend durability with aesthetic precision.
Magnum’s Role & Scope of Work
As the structural and shell contractor, Magnum Construction Services delivered the complete structural envelope for the project. Our

Scope Encompassed:

• Reinforced concrete foundations, columns, and slabs-on-grade engineered for heavy load-bearing conditions.

• CMU masonry systems providing structural integrity, fire resistance, and sound attenuation throughout the facility.

• Light-gauge steel framing and truss assemblies supporting architectural canopies, parapets, and decorative façades.

• Structural integration of pool deck and covered walkways, aligning with mechanical and finishes sequencing.

Magnum coordinated closely with Toll Brothers’ in-house construction management team to ensure on-time delivery within tight luxury-residential schedules, maintaining site cleanliness and quality performance throughout all phases.

Execution & Quality Control
The project was executed under ISO-aligned QA/QC standards with strict inspection and documentation protocols.
Magnum’s field teams conducted continuous compressive strength testing, rebar placement verification, and dimensional surveys, ensuring compliance with Toll Brothers’ national specifications and Palm Beach County inspection requirements.
Through proactive coordination and precise material sequencing, Magnum achieved zero rework orders, maintaining a flawless safety record over more than 18,000 man-hours on-site.
